The World Since the Veil

A fantasy world fractured by ancient power.

The Veil reshaped Forlazia, leaving behind unstable magic, forgotten ruins, divine conflict, and shards of power capable of changing the world.

Heroes journey through haunted wilds, ancient strongholds, struggling settlements, and places where reality has begun to thin.

Ancient MysteryLost civilizations, hidden cults, and forgotten powers wait beneath the surface.
Settlements with PurposeTowns and cities offer refuge, services, stories, and consequences.
Dangerous WildsWeather, terrain, strange events, and wandering threats make travel part of the adventure.
The ShardsFragments tied to the Veil promise power, knowledge, and catastrophe.

Choose Your Path

Build a hero with a distinct role and style of play.

Archetypes define how characters fight, explore, lead, survive, and interact with the powers of Forlazia.

Martial Heroes

Warlords, Vindicators, Savages, Wardens, and Shadowblades control the battlefield through strength, tactics, precision, and resilience.

Skilled Explorers

Heroes use perception, survival, stealth, knowledge, leadership, and specialized skills to overcome threats beyond combat.

Wielders of Aetherflow

Heralds, Spellweavers, Wildcallers, Lorekeepers, and Aetherbound shape divine, arcane, natural, and cosmic power.

Magic & Soul Essence

Power is gained, spent, and risked.

Magic in Forlazia flows through Aetherflow and is fueled by Soul Essence. Different archetypes bend that power in different ways—from divine miracles and elemental spells to natural communion and cosmic manipulation.

Managing Soul Essence creates difficult choices about when to conserve power, when to unleash it, and how far a hero is willing to push beyond safe limits.
